Fast & safe delivery
Our delivery times are normally 4-10 working days outside Sweden. All orders placed before 12:00 are normally sent out within 2 days. We send all packages with Postnord.
NOTE: During periods of high order pressure, e.g. in the case of stock sales, the delivery time is estimated to be 4 days up to 4 weeks.
Returns
If you want to return, send the unused item in it's original package to us with an accompanying return note. Return shipping cost is paid by you as a customer as we do not have free returns. When using the enclosed return slip, a fee will be added. If you want to exchange an item, you can easily and quickly place a new order and then return your first order to us.

Customer information
To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory when registering the customer. If we do not have your e-mail address, we can not send any order confirmation and we can not notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered. Every time you place a new order with us, you must check that the specified address information is current. Delivery
Lindberg delivers to addresses in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Germany. The goods are delivered as a consignment note or package (PostNord Mypack), depending on the size of the shipment. The delivery time is usually 4-7 working days, a maximum of 14 working days from the order date. At our warehouse sales, which take place at the end of March and the end of September, longer delivery times may occur.Uncollected packages
In cases where packages are not picked up at the delivery point, Lindberg is charged a fee by PostNord for shipping to and from the delivery point. For this cost, as well as administrative costs, we charge the customer SEK 300 per uncollected / unredeemed package. It's always cheaper and better to pick up the package and send it back to us if you do not want the item / items.Complaints
In case of complaints, contact us immediately for exchange or return. Where Lindberg has made a mistake, the postage / shipping will be refunded for any return packages. Do not send the goods by cash on delivery, but in the simplest possible way. Receipt of your payment must always be included in the return package.Right of return
According to the Consumer Act, you have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the product. You will find a return shipping note in your package and if you use it, there will be a return cost. You find more specific information about the amount under "Shipping & Returns". If you don't want to use it you can choose a shipping option you like, but make sure you can track the parcel. The product must be unused and all labels must remain. Lindberg pays back the money for the purchase as soon as we have received your returned items. When we have responded, use our enclosed return note and send it back to us. If the complaint is approved you don't have to pay for the shipping cost.
