TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In accordance with the GDPR, we want to be especially clear about the following:

  • By completing an order, you accept our terms and conditions and consent to your personal data being registered in our order system.

  • If you choose to purchase goods by invoice, a standard credit check will be carried out, and any late payments or handling of unpaid invoices will be managed by a subcontractor to Lindberg (currently Klarna AB).

We store your address details and phone number in our order system in order to handle potential warranty claims and because this information is required for delivery and delivery notifications to the nearest PostNord pickup point.

ORDER

If you experience any problems with your order, you are welcome to contact us by email at info@lindbergsweden.se or by phone at +46 (0)271-215 00. Always state your customer number.
An online order is considered completed once you have received an order confirmation from us.


PRICES

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK), including VAT.
VAT is included when the item is added to the shopping cart.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.


SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For orders of SEK 700 (incl. VAT) or less, a shipping fee is charged (currently SEK 79).
Orders with a value above SEK 700 are delivered free of charge.
Any return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

To shop with us, you must provide information in all mandatory fields during customer registration.
If we do not have your email address, we cannot send an order confirmation or notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered.
Each time you place a new order, please ensure that your address details are up to date.


DELIVERY

Lindberg delivers to addresses within Sweden.
Goods are delivered as letter mail or parcels (PostNord MyPack), depending on the size of the shipment.
Delivery time is normally 1–2 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days from the order date.
Longer delivery times may occur during our warehouse sales at the end of March and the end of September.


UNCOLLECTED PARCELS AND UNREDEEMED CASH ON DELIVERY

If a parcel is not collected from the pickup point, PostNord charges Lindberg for shipping to and from the pickup location.
For these costs, as well as administrative handling, we charge the customer SEK 300 per uncollected/unredeemed parcel.
It is therefore always cheaper and better to collect the parcel and return it to us if you do not wish to keep the item(s).


COMPLAINTS

In the event of a complaint, please contact us immediately for exchange or return.
If Lindberg is at fault, postage/shipping costs for return parcels will be refunded.
Do not send items cash on delivery; return them in the simplest possible way.
A receipt of your payment must always be included in the return package.


RIGHT OF RETURN

According to consumer law, you have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive the item.
You are responsible for the return shipping and may choose how to return the item.
We always include a return shipping label; if you use it, you will be charged SEK 79.
The item must be unused and all tags must remain attached.
Lindberg refunds the purchase amount via Klarna (excluding any shipping costs).

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange one or more items, please place a new order at www.lindbergsweden.se.


PAYMENT

Card Payment
Card payments are processed via Klarna AB, which accepts VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Card security is handled by Klarna.

Invoice Payment via Klarna
Invoice payments are handled by Klarna AB, and your personal identity number must be provided at checkout.
A standard credit check will be carried out.

In-store Pickup
If you are able to collect your order from our warehouse store in Edsbyn, this option can be selected at checkout.
No additional fees apply, and payment is made via Klarna card (direct payment) or Klarna invoice.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS when the items are ready for pickup.
