TERMS OF PURCHASE

In accordance with the GDPR law, we want to be extra careful to explain the following.

- Completed order means that you accept our terms of purchase and consent to your data being registered in our order system.
- If you choose to buy goods against an invoice, the usual credit check will be carried out and any delayed payment and handling of unpaid invoices will be processed by a subcontractor to Lindberg (currently Klarna AB).

We save your address information and number in our order system in order to be able to go back in the event of a warranty claim and that we need the information when we deliver and notify the delivery to the nearest delivery point for PostNord's parcel services.

ORDERING

If you have problems with your order, you are welcome to send an e-mail to info@lindbergsweden.se , or call us on 0271-215 00, always state your customer number. An order via the Internet is completed when you have received an order confirmation from us.

PRICES

The prices of our goods are stated in Swedish kronor, including VAT. When the product is added to the shopping cart, the VAT is included. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

For orders of SEK 700 including VAT or less, a shipping cost is charged (currently SEK 79). Order value over SEK 700 is delivered free of charge. Any return shipping is paid by the customer. See more under " Shipping and Returns "

If you want to change to a new product of a different size, color or model, we ask you to place a new order on the website (note that shipping SEK 79 is added for orders under SEK 700).

When returning, you send the item in unused condition to us with an accompanying return slip. The return shipping is paid for by you as the customer as we do not have free returns.
When using the included return slip, a fee of SEK 79 is added.

Note that we adjust the invoice you received from Klarna or refund to the credit card you placed the order with as soon as we receive your return. Any shipping cost that was on the order is not refunded as this is a fee we have from a third party, in our case PostNord.

If you want to change to a new product of a different size, color or model, we ask you to place a new order on the website (note that shipping SEK 79 is added for orders under SEK 700). If you want to change the size of an item you bought at a reduced price, and it has increased in price, you place a new order and get back to us with your new order number, and we will correct the price afterwards so that you get the same price that applied to your first purchase.

If you return part of the offer, the offer ends and you pay full price for the goods you choose to keep.

If Klarna was used for the purchase, the return/exchange will be corrected via Klarna.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

To shop with us, you must enter information in all fields that are mandatory during customer registration. If we do not have your email address, we cannot send you an order confirmation and we cannot notify you of known delivery delays or if any part of your order cannot be delivered. Every time you place a new order with us, you must check that the address information provided is current.

DELIVERY

Lindberg delivers to addresses in Sweden. The goods are delivered as consignment notes or packages (PostNord Mypack), depending on the size of the shipment. The delivery time is usually 1-2 working days, maximum 5 working days from the order date. During our stock sale which takes place at the end of March and the end of September, longer delivery times may occur.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE AND UNRESOLVED DEMAND/PAY ADVANCE

In cases where packages are not picked up at the delivery point, Lindberg is charged a fee by PostNord for shipping to and from the delivery point. For this cost, as well as administrative costs for the handling this causes Lindberg, we charge the customer SEK 300 per uncollected/unredeemed package.
It is therefore always cheaper and better to pick up the package and send it back to us if you do not want the item(s).

COMPLAINTS

In case of complaints, contact us immediately for exchange or return. Where Lindberg has made a mistake, the postage/freight for any return packages will be refunded. Do not send the goods against cash on delivery, but in the simplest possible way. Receipt of your payment must always be included in the return package.

RIGHT OF RETURN

According to the Consumer Act, you have 14 days right of return from receipt of the item. You pay the return shipping to us yourself and choose how you return the item. We always include a return shipping slip and if you use it, you will be billed SEK 79. The product must of course be unused and all labels must remain.
Lindberg pays back the money for the purchase via Klarna (but not possible shipping).
The item is returned to: Lindberg AB, Spelmansvägen 20, 828 30 EDSBYN.

PAYMENT

Card payment

Card payment is via Klarna AB, which accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We are very careful with security when you enter credit card numbers managed by Klarna, see Klarna's information on security here .

Invoices are made via Klarna AB and your social security number must be entered when ordering. A customary credit check will be carried out.

get in store
If you have the opportunity to pick up ordered goods at our warehouse store in Edsbyn, that is fine and is specified when ordering. No extra fees are added and payment is made via Klarna card (direct payment) or Klarna invoice. When the goods are available for collection, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS.
