We will adjust the invoice with Klarna or refund to your credit card as soon as we receive your return.
The shipping cost is not refundable, as it is a fee from our shipping partner, PostNord.
Then the cost for you could be a total of 158 SEK (79 SEK for shipping to you and 79 SEK for return shipping),
provided you did not shop for more than 700 SEK and/or you pay the return postage yourself. In that case we will not charge any shipping costs.
When returning, the item must be unused, in new condition and returned in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we do not offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange for a new item of a different size, color or model
then we ask you to place a new order on the website (note that shipping 79 SEK will be added for order values ​​under 700 SEK).
Then return the item you don't want. There will be an additional charge of SEK 79 for return shipping if you use the included return label.

If you have purchased an item at a discounted price and want to exchange it for a different size that now has a higher price,
place a new order and contact us with your new order number.
We will then adjust the price so that you pay the lower price from your first order.
For an order value below 700 SEK, a shipping fee of 79 SEK will be added to the new order.

According to the Consumer Act, you have 14 days right of return from receipt of the item.

If the item is broken/damaged or if we have delivered the wrong item, you send the item to us together with the accompanying return form.
If the complaint/misdelivery is approved, please use the attached return shipping label,
In this case, you will not have to pay for the shipping cost.

If you live in Edsbyn, you can choose to pick up from our warehouse store and thus always receive free shipping on your order.

Our delivery times are normally 1-5 working days. All orders placed before 12:00 are normally shipped the same weekday.
We send all packages with Postnord.

NOTE: During periods of high order pressure, e.g. during sales and collection releases, the delivery time is estimated to be 2 days up to 2 weeks.
