Returavgift
Om du använder vår returetikett tillkommer en avgift:

• Sverige: 79 kr
• Danmark: 99 DKK
• Finland: 9,90 EUR
• Tyskland: 14,90 EUR

Vill du returnera varan på ett annat sätt är du självklart välkommen att ordna returen på egen hand, efter att du har registrerat den i returportalen.
Detta kan vara ett alternativ om du hittar en billigare fraktlösning.

För att din retur ska bli godkänd behöver följande krav vara uppfyllda:

• Varan ska vara oanvänd (ej tvättad eller använd)
  
• Varan ska vara i nyskick
  
• Alla etiketter ska sitta kvar på plagget
  
• Varan får inte vara smutsig, skadad eller luktpåverkad.

Returer som inte uppfyller dessa krav kan inte godkännas.

För att undvika onödiga kostnader rekommenderar vi att du:

• Säkerställer att du valt rätt storlek innan du beställer.
  
• Använder vår storleksguide för att välja rätt storlek.
  
• Tar del av eventuell måttinformation på produktsidan (plaggets mått) och jämför med plagg du redan har hemma.
  
• Kontaktar oss vid frågor på hello@lindbergsweden.se – vi hjälper dig gärna med storlek och passform.

We will adjust the invoice with Klarna or refund to your credit card as soon as we receive your return.
The shipping cost is not refundable, as it is a fee from our shipping partner, PostNord.
Then the cost for you could be a total of 158 SEK (79 SEK for shipping to you and 79 SEK for return shipping),
provided you did not shop for more than 700 SEK and/or you pay the return postage yourself. In that case we will not charge any shipping costs.
When returning, the item must be unused, in new condition and returned in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Unfortunately we do not offer free exchanges. If you would like to exchange for a new item of a different size, color or model
then we ask you to place a new order on the website (note that shipping 79 SEK will be added for order values ​​under 700 SEK).
Then return the item you don't want. There will be an additional charge of SEK 79 for return shipping if you use the included return label.

According to the Consumer Act, you have 14 days right of return from receipt of the item.

If the item is broken/damaged or if we have delivered the wrong item, you send the item to us together with the accompanying return form.
If the complaint/misdelivery is approved, please use the attached return shipping label,
In this case, you will not have to pay for the shipping cost.

Our delivery times are normally 1-5 working days. All orders placed before 12:00 are normally shipped the same weekday.
We send all packages with Postnord.

NOTE: During periods of high order pressure, e.g. during sales and collection releases, the delivery time is estimated to be 2 days up to 2 weeks.

If you live in Edsbyn, you can choose to pick up from our warehouse store and thus always receive free shipping on your order.
