1. Log in to My Pages
2. You will see a list of your orders – click on the order you wish to return.
3. Select the products you wish to return.
4. State the reason for the return and complete the registration.

Return fee
If you use our return label, a fee will be charged:

• Sweden: 79 SEK
• Denmark: 99 DKK
• Finland: 9.90 EUR
• Germany: 14.90 EUR

If you prefer to return the item in another way, you are of course welcome to arrange the return yourself after you have registered it in the returns portal.
This may be an option if you find a cheaper shipping solution.

For your return to be approved, the following requirements must be met:

• The item must be unused (not washed or worn)
  
• The item must be in new condition
  
• All labels must remain on the garment
  
• The item must not be dirty, damaged, or smell.

Returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be approved.

To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend that you:

• Ensure you have chosen the right size before ordering.
  
• Use our size guide to choose the correct size.
  
• Take note of any measurement information on the product page (garment measurements) and compare with garments you already have at home.

Card payments are refunded to your card
Klarna invoices are adjusted directly with Klarna

• If you use our return label, a fee of SEK 79 applies
• If you have purchased for less than SEK 700, a shipping fee of SEK 79 for the delivery to you also applies (this is not refunded upon return)
  

Example:

If you order an item for SEK 199:

• Shipping fee: SEK 79
• Return shipping: SEK 79
• Total remaining to pay: SEK 158

If you would like to exchange an item you have already purchased for a different size, please follow these steps:

• Place a new order for the desired size via the website (a shipping fee of 79 SEK applies to order values under 700 SEK).
• Then, return the item you do not wish to keep.

Please note:
You can only exchange an item for a different size of the same product. If the size you want is out of stock, you are welcome to contact us, and we will see if there is another solution.

If you are exchanging a size for an item that was discounted at the time of purchase, and the price has since increased, please place a new order and get back to us with your new order number.
We will then adjust the price retroactively so that you receive the same price as your original purchase.

According to the Consumer Act, you have 14 days right of return from receipt of the item.

If the item is broken/damaged or if we have delivered the wrong item, you send the item to us together with the accompanying return form.
If the complaint/misdelivery is approved, please use the attached return shipping label,
In this case, you will not have to pay for the shipping cost.

Delivery times

• Normal delivery time is 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same business day.
  

Shipping carriers

• We ship all orders from Sweden, Denmark, and Finland with PostNord.
• We ship to Germany with DHL.
  

Important to keep in mind
During periods of high order volume, such as during sales or collection launches, the delivery time may be longer.
In such cases, delivery is estimated to take from approximately 2 days up to 2 weeks.

If you live in Edsbyn, you can choose to pick up from our warehouse store and thus always receive free shipping on your order.
