If you get a measurement between two centimeters, you can round up to the larger measurement. You can also use a string which you then measure with a ruler. The head circumference is measured in centimeters.

Fast & safe delivery

Our delivery times are normally 4-10 working days outside Sweden. All orders placed before 12:00 are normally sent out within 2 days. We send all packages with Postnord.

NOTE: During periods of high order pressure, e.g. in the case of stock sales, the delivery time is estimated to be 4 days up to 4 weeks.

Return

If you want to return, send the unused item in it's original package to us with an accompanying return note. Return shipping cost is paid by you as a customer as we do not have free returns. When using the enclosed return slip, a fee will be added. If you want to exchange an item, you can easily and quickly place a new order and then return your first order to us.

When we have responded, use our enclosed return note and send it back to us. If the complaint is approved you don't have to pay for the shipping cost.
