Return and/or Exchange

When returning the item, you send it to us with an accompanying return slip. The return shipping is paid by you as the customer as we do not have free returns.
When using the included return slip, a fee of SEK 79 will be charged.

NOTE: If you have an order that was sent to you that did not reach the free shipping limit , you will not receive a refund for the shipping (79 SEK) in the event of a return.

Please note that we will adjust the invoice you received from Klarna or refund the credit card you used to place the order as soon as we receive your return. Any shipping costs that were on the order will not be refunded as this is a fee we have from a third party, in our case PostNord.

If you want to exchange for a new item of a different size, color or model, we ask you to place a new order on the website (note that shipping of SEK 79 will be added for order values ​​under SEK 700).

If you want to change the size of an item you purchased at a reduced price, and it has increased in price, place a new order and return to us with your new order number and we will correct the price afterwards so that you receive the same price that applied to your first purchase.

Returns on "Buy 3 pay for 2" offer:
If you return part of the offer, the offer will end and you will pay full price for the items you choose to keep.

Return or size exchange when purchasing "Kit":
If you want to change a size when purchasing a kit, you must return all parts in the kit and place a new order for the desired sizes. This is because a kit is treated as one (1) product. This also applies if some products in the kit are to your satisfaction.

If you keep products from a purchase of a kit offer and return parts of the kit, without a desire to change sizes, the offer will cease to apply and you will pay the regular price for the goods you keep.

If Klarna is used for the purchase, all returns and exchanges will be corrected on the invoice with Klarna.

According to the Consumer Act, you have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods.

Complaints or faulty goods

If the item is broken/damaged or if we have delivered the wrong item, you send the item to us together with the accompanying return form.
If the complaint/misdelivery is approved, please use the attached return shipping label,
In this case, you will not have to pay for the shipping cost.

Refund

When returning/complaining about goods paid for by card, the refund will be made via Klarna to the account from which the purchase was made. When paying by invoice, Klarna will adjust the pending case where the invoice has not been paid. If the invoice has been paid, Klarna will send a refund form where you can specify which account the refund should be made to.

Shipping cost

Orders over 700 SEK are free shipping within Sweden. If your order is under 700 SEK, a shipping cost of 79 SEK will be added.
If you live in Edsbyn, you can choose to pick up from our warehouse store and thus always receive free shipping on your order.

Fast & safe delivery

Our delivery times are normally 1-5 working days. All orders placed before 12:00 are normally shipped the same weekday.
We send all packages with Postnord.

NOTE: During periods of high order pressure, e.g. during sales and collection releases, the delivery time is estimated to be 2 days up to 4 weeks.
