Questions during Superweekend

Can I change my order? Add or remove?
If you want to change the size or remove an item from your already placed order, this is not possible. If you have bought the wrong size, you can place a new order and return your item when it arrives at your home
If you want to remove the entire order, this is fine, then send to hello@lindbergsweden.se as early as possible so we don't have time to send the order.
I have not received the order confirmation
If it is not in the inbox, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to your customer account in our webshop with the same email you used when placing the order to view your order. If you cannot find your order in your email, customer account or on Klarna, your order has probably not gone through. Contact us at hello@lindbergsweden.se if you are unsure.
I have placed several orders, can you combine shipping?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship multiple orders together. Due to the number of orders coming in these days, we are unable to locate multiple orders. We also want to make sure that we pack each order in order to make it as fair as possible for all customers.
I have entered the wrong address/phone number on my order
Contact us as soon as possible if you suspect that you have entered the wrong address or phone number. We must have time to change this before the order is sent from us. Contact us at hello@lindbergsweden.se
