Unfortunately, we cannot add items or change size/color afterwards on an order that has already been placed. If there has been an error when placing the order, please call or email us (hello@lindbergsweden.se), and we can remove all or part of your order. If your order has already been shipped, you can return it after you have received it. When returning, a return shipping fee of 79 SEK will be added if our enclosed return shipping label is used.
According to the Consumer Act, you have a 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods.
If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder. You can also log in to your customer account in our webshop with the same email you used when placing the order to see your order. If your order is not under your customer account or on Klarna, you have not checked out all the way/completed the order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship multiple orders together. Due to the number of orders coming in these days, we are unable to locate multiple orders. We also want to make sure that we pack each order in order to make it as fair as possible for all customers.

Our webshop will be closed on March 24th and then open for SUPER WEEKEND on March 26th at 10:00 AM.
We would like to remind you that these are days when we have extra prices on previous collections. Sometimes there are not so many items and not always all sizes and colors are available. This depends entirely on what is left in our stock.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that the delivery time during SUPER WEEKEND is longer than before. We are working extra hard during this period to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. However, you can expect delivery time of up to 2-3 weeks. Depends on how many people have ordered before you.
We cannot add or change the size/color of your order afterwards. If you have purchased the wrong size, you can return your item when it arrives at your home and place a new order. You have a full right of return on your purchase for 14 days. See our shipping and returns page to find out more.
Unfortunately, we cannot combine deliveries if you have placed multiple orders.
If you live nearby, you can always pick up your order at our warehouse. You will then receive an email when your order is packed and ready for pick-up. Remember to pick up your bag as soon as possible.
