When returning, you send the item in unused condition to us with an accompanying return slip.

When using the included return slip, a fee of SEK 79 is added.

NOTE. If you have an order that was sent to you that did not reach the free shipping limit, you will not get that shipping (SEK 79) refunded.
Which in that case means that you will pay for two shipments in case of a possible return, i.e. SEK 158.

Note that we adjust the invoice you received from Klarna or refund to the credit card you placed the order with as soon as we receive your return. Any shipping costs that were on the order are not refunded as this is a fee we have from a third party, in our case PostNord.

If you want to change to a new product of a different size, color or model, we ask you to place a new order on the website (note that shipping SEK 79 is added for orders under SEK 700).

If you want to change the size of an item you bought at a reduced price, and it has increased in price, you place a new order and get back to us with your new order number, and we will correct the price afterwards so that you get the same price that applied to your first purchase.

If you return part of the offer, the offer ends and you pay full price for the goods you choose to keep.

If Klarna was used for the purchase, the return/exchange will be corrected via Klarna.

If you have lost your return slip, you can download and print a new one by clicking here. Then send this with your return.

According to the Consumer Act, you have 14 days right of return from receipt of the item.

If the product is broken/damaged or if we delivered the wrong product, you send the product to us together with the accompanying return slip.
In the event of an approved complaint/faulty condition, use the attached return shipping slip,
in this case you will not have to pay for the shipping cost.

In the case of returns/complaints of goods that have been paid for by card, the refund is made via Klarna to the account from which the purchase was made. When paying an invoice, Klarna adjusts ongoing cases where the invoice has not been paid. If the invoice has been paid, Klarna will send a refund form where you can indicate to which account the refund should be made.

On orders over SEK 700, there is free shipping within Sweden. If your order is under SEK 700, a shipping cost of SEK 79 will be added.
If you live in Edsbyn, you can choose to collect from our warehouse store and thus always receive free shipping on your order.

Our delivery times are normally 1-5 working days. All orders placed before 12:00 are normally sent the same weekday.
We send all packages with Postnord.

NOTE: During periods of high order pressure, e.g. in the case of sales and collection releases, the delivery time is estimated to be 2 days up to 4 weeks.
